To secure your appointment, please pay the deposit within 24 hours.
By completing your deposit, you accept & agree to all conditions within the policy below.

- Tattoo Deposit Policy
The deposit fee is deducted from the total price of your tattoo.
The total payable amount is to be paid in CASH at the end of your appointment.
All deposit fees are non-refundable, except in the case of extreme circumstances.
Such circumstances include: Bereavement, Hospitalisation, Housing Crises, Natural Disaster, Unexpected Loss of Employment.
To reschedule an appointment, a minimum of 5 days notice must be given.
Rescheduling your appointment within 5 days of your appointment will incur a full loss of your deposit value and a new deposit will be required to secure an appointment.
If the reschedule notice period is met, your appointment can be rescheduled up to 2 times.
After the second reschedule, your deposit value will be forfeited and a new deposit will be required to secure an appointment.
To secure the appointment time offered, please pay the deposit within 24 hours.
Once the deposit is received, your appointment will be secured.
If the deposit is not received, the appointment time will be offered to the next in line.
By paying the above deposit fee you accept & agree to this policy and conditions of purchase.
Conditions of Purchase
You must be 18+ to get a tattoo.
You must not consume alcohol within 6 hours of your tattoo session.
If applicable, you must notify the artist, ichikawa lee, that you are under the influence of any substance – to ensure your safety & legal consent.
If applicable, you must notify the artist, ichikawa lee, of any known health conditions that may impact your tattoo session or require studio adjustments before the beginning of your session – to ensure you are comfortable and adequately accomodated for.
If any conditions of purchase are not met, ichikawa lee reserves the right to cancel the tattoo session without reshedule.
